We aim to dispatch all orders within 1-2 business days. During peak times, public holidays, or heavy order volumes, dispatch may take up to 5 business days.
All parcels are shipped from our warehouse in Gold Coast via Australia Post.

FREE Shipping: All eyewear orders or orders over $50
Standard Shipping: $18 for orders under $50
Estimated Delivery: 3-5 business days (metro), 4-6 business days (rural)
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
FREE Shipping: All eyewear orders or orders over $50
East Asia: $27 AUD (approx. $140 HKD)
United States: $30 AUD (approx. $20 USD)
Rest of World: $35 AUD

CUSTOMS AND DUTIES
International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees imposed by their local government. These charges are not set or controlled by CAECUS ANGELUS.
TRACKING YOUR ORDER
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with Australia Post tracking details.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
COLOUR EXCHANGES
If you wish to exchange eyewear for a different colour, please contact us at caecusxangelus@gmail.com within seven days of receiving your order. The original eyewear must be in brand new condition. Exchanges are subject to stock availability. If your preferred colour is not in stock, we may be unable to process the exchange.
Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. For international exchanges, customers must arrange and pay for their own return postage. We cannot take responsibility for lost or undelivered return parcels.
SALE ITEMS
All sale and discounted items, unless otherwise stated, are final. They cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded.
DEFECTIVE OR INCORRECT ITEMS
If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please email caecusxangelus@gmail.com within seven days of delivery with your order details and supporting photographs. CAECUS ANGELUS will assess the item in question and verify its defective condition. Items that have already been worn are deemed not defective.
If a defective or incorrect item has been shipped to you, we will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.
