SALE ITEMS

All sale and discounted items, unless otherwise stated, are final. They cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded.

CANCELLATION

Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase if they have not yet been shipped. Once dispatched, cancellations cannot be processed.

EYEWEAR REPAIRS AND ADJUSTMENTS

For general maintenance, repairs, or adjustments, we recommend visiting your local optometry practice. For opinions on specialised repairs and adjustments, please fill out a product enquiry on our service page.

For eyewear purchased from authorised physical retailers, please return to the original store of purchase for any repairs or adjustments.

MANUFACTURING ERRORS

Your CAECUS ANGELUS eyewear is protected by a 12 month international warranty covering manufacturing defects, effective from the date of purchase. Please email caecusxangelus@gmail.com with your order details and supporting photographs. CAECUS ANGELUS will assess the item in question and verify the defect.

DEFECTIVE OR INCORRECT ITEMS

If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please email caecusxangelus@gmail.com within seven days of delivery with your order details and supporting photographs. CAECUS ANGELUS will assess the item in question and verify its defective condition. Items that have already been worn are deemed not defective.

If a defective or incorrect item has been shipped to you, we will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.
